Common Questions

ProviderHQ is a free online directory designed to help NDIS participants, their families, and support coordinators find NDIS service providers across Australia. We list registered and unregistered providers across all support categories.

Yes, completely. ProviderHQ is 100% free for NDIS participants, carers, families, and support coordinators. There are no subscriptions, sign-ups, or hidden fees to search and contact providers.

ProviderHQ lists both NDIS-registered and unregistered providers. Each listing clearly shows the provider’s registration status. Self-managed participants can use both types, while agency-managed participants can only use registered providers. Always check with your plan manager or support coordinator if unsure.

Each provider profile includes their services, service regions, NDIS registration details, participant reviews, and contact information. We recommend reading reviews, checking that their services match your plan’s support categories, and reaching out to shortlisted providers to ask questions before committing.

Yes. ProviderHQ is useful for all NDIS participants regardless of how their plan is managed. If you’re agency-managed, make sure to filter for NDIS-registered providers only. If you’re self-managed or plan-managed, you have more flexibility to choose from all listed providers.

Simply click ‘List your NDIS business’ to create your provider profile.

No. ProviderHQ is a directory, not a referral or brokerage service. We connect you directly with providers — we don’t take commissions, make recommendations on behalf of specific providers, or manage any aspect of the service agreement between you and your provider.
