Founded in 2020, Get Readii Group are based in Greenbank, Qld, however we offer services from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast and out West to Ipswich.
We offer Support Coordination, Community Access / Participation, Assistance with Activities of Daily Living, Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, STA / Respite, RN Services, and we have a SIL property in Greenbank which currently has capacity!
We are extremely dedicated to helping participants achieve their goals and live their best lives through their NDIS journey.
We are a relatively small team, but are continuing to grow!
