We have experienced OTs that are passionate about working with people to increase their independence to help them achieve their goals, reach their potential, and support them to live their best life. We travel to you to do home visits and appointments in your own home, and are able to see NDIS participants who are plan managed or self managed. ES OT is based in Griffin (North Brisbane) and we travel up to 30-45 minutes to conduct home visits from this location. We can assist with functional capacity assessments and reports, assistive technology and equipment prescription, major and minor home modifications, life skills development, capacity building interventions, home and living assessments and reports (ILO/SIL/SDA), neurological rehabilitation, and wheelchair seating assessments. We also offer Allied Health Assistant services who work under the supervision of our lead OT to implement home programs and skills building interventions on a more regular basis.
